Bethany loves working with dedicated, serious students and has many years of teaching experience, both for public teaching academies as well as in her private studio. With a deep understanding of music theory and its importance in music education, she incorporates classical theory education in all of her performance-based classes.
Bethany teaches students of all ages - from preschool to adult, and has also undergone training in Eurythmics courses which emphasize methods of teaching music for pre school-aged children. She understands that all students learn and progress at a different pace, and is always patient and eager to help a student develop in their own way, maximizing their own unique learning capacity.
Because she sees the great value in ensemble work and loves playing chamber music herself very much, Bethany also encourages ensemble work amongst her students - both with other piano students, and also other instruments as well.
Her students put on at least one formal recital a year, which are open to public.
